What Sicket does

Sicket is tenant ticketing and housing communication software for keeping building issues, resident updates, and recurring answers in one clear workflow.

A practical housing communication system

Sicket replaces scattered follow-up across email, calls, and group chats with a building-scoped workflow. Tenants can report personal or community issues, follow progress, and find trusted information. Staff can coordinate tickets, building incidents, announcements, news, and knowledge without losing the history of what happened.

Sicket is not a rent collection system or a social network for neighbors. It focuses on operational communication: what was reported, what affects the wider building, what residents need to know, and what should happen next.

Who it is for

Independent owners can manage one building without adding unnecessary layers. Housing organizations can work across multiple buildings while landlords stay within their assigned scope. Tenants receive a simpler view focused on their home, tickets, current incidents, announcements, news, and available answers. The guided intake is designed to remain clear and approachable for residents across age groups and levels of digital confidence.

Core workflows

  • Tenant tickets: separate private personal tickets from building-visible community tickets.
  • Building incidents: coordinate larger issues and publish a clear update feed for affected residents.
  • Announcements and news: send urgent notices, maintenance information, newsletters, and longer updates.
  • Knowledge Base: publish trusted answers once, transfer building-specific entries with import and export, and surface them before another ticket is created.
  • Operational analytics: review workload, response patterns, recurring topics, and communication gaps.
  • Contractor Cases: share selected work context through a protected, expiring contractor page without creating a dashboard account. Read how Contractor Cases work.

How AI is used

Sicket uses optional AI assistance for practical tasks such as assessing and applying ticket categories and priorities, finding relevant building information, detecting similar tickets, recognizing recurring patterns, and drafting replies. Generated communication remains available for staff review. Organizations can control the available AI features.

Common questions

Sicket gives housing teams and tenants one structured place for tickets, building incidents, announcements, news, recurring answers, and operational follow-up.

Who is Sicket for?

Sicket is built for independent housing owners, housing organizations, portfolio teams, landlords, and the tenants living in their buildings. Guided ticket intake is designed to be approachable across age groups and levels of digital confidence.

What can an Observer access?

An Observer has read-only access to assigned buildings, including dashboard and ticket overviews, building pages, aggregate building analytics, published News & Updates and announcements, and resident-visible active incidents. Personal identities and operational controls remain restricted.

Does Sicket use AI?

Yes. Optional AI-assisted features help with ticket intake, apply category and priority, retrieve relevant information, detect similar and recurring tickets, and draft replies. Staff remain responsible for follow-up and resident communication.

How do Contractor Cases work?

Authorized staff create a temporary, view-only Contractor Case from a ticket or incident, choose the relevant details, and send a protected link and separate access code. Contractors do not receive a Sicket account or access to unrelated records.

Is Sicket a tenant community platform?

No. Sicket is designed for operational clarity rather than social networking. Its purpose is to make tickets, answers, updates, and responsibility easier to follow.
