• Analytics, such as page views, onboarding steps, checkout outcomes, and high-level usage patterns on sicket.app and dashboard.sicket.app.

Analytics and PostHog

We use PostHog to measure curated events such as page visits, calls to action, plan selection, onboarding-step completion, checkout redirects, checkout outcomes, completed setup, referring domains, and high-level campaign details such as source, medium, campaign, and placement codes. This helps us understand where people need clearer information or encounter friction.

Analytics cookies are only enabled after you give consent through our cookie banner. If you reject cookies, analytics remains disabled. Your choice is shared across Sicket's website and self-serve onboarding subdomain so you are not asked repeatedly.

We do not use PostHog session replay, automatic click or form capture, exception autocapture, or identified person profiles in these flows. Analytics events exclude form contents, contact details, passwords, addresses, tax and payment data, free text, verification tokens, and onboarding or Stripe session identifiers.
