- Protected Contractor Cases give external specialists temporary, view-only access to selected ticket or incident context without a dashboard account or unrelated record access.
- Authenticated attachment and record access for non-public content.
- Rate limiting and browser hardening headers on the API.

- Privacy-oriented workflows for retention, redaction, export, and erasure.
- Configurable communications such as announcements, newsletters, and News & Updates with role-aware visibility.
